1. The ATS scan happens on your device

Machine-eye scan (instant results). The first scan — contact info, dates, keywords, section structure, cliché phrases — runs entirely in your browser on your own device. Your resume text for this scan is never transmitted anywhere.

2. AI match report

Text you submit. When you request the full AI match report, your resume text and the job description are sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) solely to produce the report. We do not store your submitted content on our servers.

3. What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We do not store your resume, job description, or reports on our servers.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad cookies on this site.
• We do not send marketing email — we do not collect your email unless you opt in to receive a report copy, and we use it only for that.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Creem). We never see or store your card details. Payments are one-time purchases of an activation key; no subscription or recurring billing is used.

5. Third-party services

ATSCheck runs on Cloudflare (hosting and network). AI match reports are generated by DeepSeek. Each provider processes only the minimum data needed to operate the service and is subject to its own privacy policy.

6. Your choices

You can delete everything we know about you by clearing this site's data in your browser settings (local storage). Because we hold no account for you, there is nothing else to delete on our side.
